Field Sales Representative - Waterford
About The Position
The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales. This role involves conducting door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on a high conversion rate. The representative will promote and sell Yuno Energy products/services, consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs, and execute strategic sales approaches to maximize customer engagement. Responsibilities include overcoming objections, closing deals effectively, maintaining accurate records using CRM tools, and representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Full training and development are provided.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance.
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.

- Basic salary €32,000 Base (Depending on experience)
- Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings – OTE of €50,000 in first year.
