About The Position

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in Brooklyn. The role involves recruiting local businesses to participate in the delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present the program opportunity, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. The position requires travel within your territory and offers commission potential.

Requirements

1-2+ years of field sales experience.
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.
Bilingual abilities are necessary, with demand for Spanish and Mandarin.
1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Field sales experience is mandatory.
Reliable transportation is a must for commuting within Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted areas of Brooklyn and Bronx.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
