About The Position

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join an elite group of sales professionals. This role involves providing customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home, introducing the latest technology and services, and achieving sales goals. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with new representatives earning between $61,400 to $100,000, including salary and commission, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and if sales goals are met or exceeded. Representatives will act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by the company. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The role begins with paid training to ensure success in the field, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. Representatives will connect with existing customers daily, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close sales. AT&T, founded by Alexander Graham Bell, has a nearly 150-year history of innovation, connecting families, communities, and businesses with products and services like 5G and Fiber.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
