About The Position

U.S. LawShield is seeking charismatic, high-performing presenters to deliver group presentations and support event-based sales in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role focuses on engaging small groups and guiding prospective members toward a decision in 20–30 minutes. Events take place at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities. The flexible part-time schedule is centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events also available; consistent availability and reliability are essential. Compensation includes unlimited commission with no earnings cap. The posting says consistent presenters typically earn $2,000 or more per month working 10–20 focused hours per week, and top performers may build substantial part-time or full-time income. Requirements

Strong presentation and closing skills, including the ability to guide small groups effectively.
Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
Technology proficiency under pressure, including PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license; the company pays for it.
Consistent availability and reliability for events.
