Requirements
- Previous sales experience (outside sales or customer-facing preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships quickly
- Observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable with in-home inspections
- Self-motivated and driven to meet goals
Responsibilities
- Conduct home inspections to identify pest concerns
- Provide customized solutions and competitive quotes to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on proposals through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Meet and exceed sales goals while helping customers protect their homes and businesses
