About The Position

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Retail Restoration Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with clients, closing sales on retail restoration projects, and promoting Omari’s trusted services throughout the community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (construction or related industry preferred)
• High energy, positive attitude, and a competitive drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing for a minimum of two (2) years and have reliable personal transportation; company vehicles are not provided

Responsibilities

• Close sales on high-value retail restoration, have designated admin days
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Proactively generate new business through networking and referrals
• Promote Omari’s services across residential and commercial sectors
• Stay current on industry trends to provide top-tier client support
• Manage negotiations related to project pricing and warranty coverage
• Discuss and coordinate payment options, including cash and financing solutions
