About The Position

CallUSFirst (United Services by Permaco, Inc.) is a 24/7 disaster cleanup and restoration company that has helped customers get back to normal following unexpected events since 1981. We’re growing and looking for our next top sales professional and project manager. Requirements

Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Effective teaming and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers
Deadline and detail orientation as well as organization skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
Intermediate computer skills
Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software
A valid driver’s license and the required insurable driving record
