Requirements

Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Effective teaming and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers
Deadline and detail orientation as well as organization skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
Intermediate computer skills
Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software
A valid driver’s license and the required insurable driving record

Responsibilities

Build relationships and interface with a variety of people
Lead multiple projects and achieving success through quality work, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Create and adhere to plans, budgets, and schedules
Provide detailed job documentation, securing signatures and contractual payments when needed to support the job management process
Be one of our first responders and, as such, will participate in our on-call rotation
