About The Position

Cornbread Hemp is launching a new THC beverage and is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. This role is crucial for the success of the new product launch, focusing on building relationships, creating new connections, and driving sales within the assigned territory. The representative will be responsible for ensuring the product thrives and will play a key role in shaping the future of Cornbread Hemp.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Minneapolis/St. Paul beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
  • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
  • Must reside within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Work with distributor sales reps for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
  • Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, with a special focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
  • Expand Cornbread Hemp’s footprint by bringing the new THC beverage to life in the sales area market.
  • Drive revenue by achieving ambitious sales targets and exceeding goals.
  • Plan and execute high-impact demos to create excitement and brand awareness for the new product.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure the THC beverage is front and center at all accounts.
  • Act as the face of Cornbread Hemp in the sales area.
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales performance and opportunities.
