This role is a full-time, hybrid position operating between a home office, schools, communities, and event environments within the Midland, Texas territory. The Field Sales Professional is responsible for managing the full sales cycle in their assigned territory and providing consultative customer service to coaches, generating revenue, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a high degree of self-direction, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
