This full-time, hybrid role requires the employee to live and travel 2-5 days per week within the assigned territory in Germantown, MD. The position operates in a hybrid environment between a home office, school, community, and event settings. The Field Sales Professional will serve as a consultative partner to various athletic programs, driving full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management. Leveraging CRM tools and data insights, the role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, expanding sales within existing accounts, and building a new business pipeline through in-person engagement and strong relationship management.
