The Field Sales Professional is responsible for optimizing the full cycle sales in their assigned territory and servicing customers. This role represents Varsity Brands by demonstrating company core values and upholding the highest ethical standards in all business activities. The position involves providing best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches, generating revenue, meeting sales targets, and actively developing and qualifying leads within the territory through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns. The role requires resilience, persistence, and the ability to navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM for sales and customer relationship efforts. The Field Sales Pro will increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels and utilize data-driven business intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities. The role involves managing the account list and traveling on location within the assigned territory.
