Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, mobile apps, and sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and MVR check.
  • Required licensing/certifications obtained or maintained as applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Experience in home services, pest control, or recurring-revenue sales (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

  • Own territory and drive revenue growth through proactive selling and relationship-building.
  • Generate $30,000–$40,000 per month in annual contract value (Top performers exceed $500,000+ annually).
  • Sell residential and commercial pest control services.
  • Build and execute a localized sales & marketing plan.
  • Prospect through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Perform detailed property inspections (interior, exterior, crawl space, attic, and commercial sites).
  • Cross-sell existing customers (pest, termite, mosquito, and one-time services).
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline and follow-ups.
  • Participate in Chambers of Commerce, Realtor Associations, Homebuilder Associations, and other local networking groups.
  • Complete required sales documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, including company vehicle care.
  • Work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to capture sales opportunities.
