Average first-year earnings range from $65,000 to $125,000, with a base salary of $900 weekly. Top representatives are earning $125,000+ with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a reliable vehicle.
Strong negotiating and closing skills
B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
Outside sales: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through door-to-door, phone calls, and networking.

Closing Deals: Negotiating and closing multi-year service agreements with local businesses.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the company's CRM.
Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
