About The Position
Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking an ambitious Field Sales Manager to join their Northwest Arkansas team. This full-time role involves inspiring a sales team to achieve great results in residential remodeling, renovation, and repair services. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
- Experience with B2C/D2D selling
- Ability to work in the office and in the field with the team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Split time between the office and the field
- Motivate the sales team to perform their best and foster a supportive, high-performance culture
- Set targets and quotas for the sales team and provide coaching and mentorship to help them achieve their goals
- Develop and implement strategies to align business development with company objectives and drive revenue growth
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor sales trends and create reports
- Identify potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionals
