The Sales Manager is responsible for leading regional commercial strategy and revenue growth for INTEGRA™ Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) and Tubular Running Services (TRS) across the Permian Basin. This role serves as the senior commercial leader and primary customer interface for designated strategic accounts, with accountability for opportunity development, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and long‑term customer relationships. The Sales Manager works closely with Operations, Business Development, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment between customer needs, service delivery, and Nabors’ growth objectives. The role requires strong field presence, deep understanding of drilling operations, and demonstrated leadership in oilfield services sales.
