The Field Sales Representative US / MX is responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory through new business development, account acquisition, and expansion of Maersk Logistics Services solutions. This is a territory-based hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across the United States and Mexico. The primary focus is small and medium-sized businesses, while also pursuing select larger opportunities that align with the territory strategy and company objectives. The role represents the full Maersk Logistics Services portfolio, with a focus on growing logistics revenue through: Specialized LTL Asset Network, Cross-Border Transportation (US / MX), Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean), Full Truckload Brokerage, Warehousing and Cross-Dock Services, and Integrated Supply Chain Solutions. This is a KPI-driven sales role measured through both activity and financial performance. Success is achieved through prospecting, face-to-face customer engagement, pipeline development, revenue generation, gross profit growth, and new customer acquisition. The Field Sales Representative is expected to independently manage their territory, prioritize opportunities, develop customer relationships, and execute against performance expectations with minimal supervision.
