About The Position

Floral Image North America (FINA) delivers premium, life-like floral arrangements that elevate professional environments. They are seeking a driven Field Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives on independence, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and is motivated to both grow relationships and generate new business. This is a field-first hybrid role blending account management, customer service, and sales. The representative will be the face of the brand in their territory, ensuring existing clients receive exceptional service while actively expanding their book of business. The ideal candidate prefers being on the road, building relationships in person, and owning their success.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

Manage your daily route independently, ensuring timely service, product refreshes, and consistent client satisfaction.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing a high-quality, reliable experience.
Prospect, network, and generate new leads through referrals, in-person outreach, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities within current accounts to increase revenue and deepen partnerships.
Represent Floral Image with professionalism, positivity, and a polished presence in every client interaction.
