About The Position
OSL is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents for their client, HelloFresh. This is a door-to-door sales role where agents will meet potential clients face-to-face, introduce products, and help them find innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals. Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis
- Outgoing, people person; helping and being around people naturally gives you energy
- Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals
- Money-motivated and driven to win
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Reliable access to personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Flexible full-time schedule that includes the ability to work during evenings and weekends as required

Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience
- Previous experience in a Direct Sales, Customer Service, and/or a Marketing role
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door to meet potential clients face to face.
- Introduce products to potential clients.
- Help clients find easy, innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals.
- Meet with the team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
- Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client.
