Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional safety certifications are a plus.
2-5 years of experience in the safety, compliance, or a related field is required.
Strong understanding of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and assertively enforce rules.
Willingness to travel regularly to various work locations.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce company and regulatory safety rules at various job sites.
Perform regular safety inspections and audits at field locations.
Gather, record, and report safety data, incidents, and compliance metrics.
Respond to safety incidents, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Educate site personnel on safety procedures and updates.
Frequently travel to different work sites as required.
