About The Position

Code Red Safety is seeking a field safety supervisor to oversee a construction project in Dekalb, IL. The project is already in progress and requires a supervisor to conduct field observations and collaborate with labor to ensure a safe working environment. The project is expected to last approximately 8 months with a standard 40-hour work week. Code Red Safety specializes in placing qualified Safety Professionals into large industrial and commercial construction projects nationwide on a 1099 independent contract basis.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of construction safety management experience
• OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CHST, or similar certification
• Current FA/CPR certification
• Ability to pass a drug test & background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with fall protection
• Experience with various types of lifts
