Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in home healthcare.
• Active Florida license.
• Knowledge of Home Health Services.
• Knowledge of computer clinical programs such as EHR/EMR system(s).
• IV Wound care.
• Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organization skills and be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled home care services to patients.
• Conduct patient and/or family education.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
