About The Position
AccordCare Home Health is seeking skilled Per Diem Field RNs to support our Private Duty Home Care patients. This role involves delivering safe, high-quality care based on individualized Plans of Care, communicating promptly with the team regarding patient status and changes, and providing skilled nursing services such as wound care, infusion, catheter care, and medication administration. The ideal candidate will partner with the Nurse Supervisor/Manager of Clinical Practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and excellent follow-through with patients and families.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Florida
- Home Health experience, or willingness to learn
- OASIS experience, or willingness to learn
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser/AlayaCare is a plus
Responsibilities
