About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
• Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
• Reliable transportation to our shop or assigned job sites

Nice To Haves

• Construction, landscaping, or general labor experience
• Moving, delivery, or warehouse work experience
• Military service experience
• Any job where you showed up, worked hard, and took pride in doing things right

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage, fire damage, and mold jobs across the greater Seattle area
• Operate professional-grade extraction and drying equipment
• Help homeowners and business owners through stressful situations with patience and professionalism
• Work alongside an experienced crew that will teach you the trade hands-on
• Build skills that are always in demand — restoration work never goes away
