Part Time Field Researcher - Zonda - Miami FL

About The Position
Zonda is redefining the future of housing and is looking for part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. This role is ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls. Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend 2–3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. There are no sales, cold calls, or office hours required.
Requirements
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate using a map or GPS.
Responsibilities
- Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
- Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
- Mark findings on provided site maps
- Track mileage and time
- Return completed folders to your managers
