We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, distributors, and HVAC contractors, supporting a rebate program that promotes energy-efficient solutions. This is a field-based role where you will work from home while traveling throughout your assigned Allentown-area territory. Leadership will provide a structured weekly visit schedule, ensuring consistent engagement with assigned accounts. Occasional travel to Bridgeville, PA (1–2 times per year) may be required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily within territory
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
  • Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • 0–2 years of retail, merchandising, or field support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent CLEAResult and program partners at retail locations, distributor sites, and contractor offices
  • Conduct in-store merchandising checks and verify rebate program materials
  • Host table events and educate store associates and customers on energy-efficient products
  • Follow a weekly schedule of assigned site visits while optimizing daily routing
  • Train partners on product specifications and program requirements
  • Accurately document interactions, site visits, and program compliance activities
  • Build strong relationships to increase program engagement and participation
  • Identify new account opportunities and support account growth
  • Travel throughout the Allentown region regularly
