Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned, flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, Field Representative to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! $45,000 to $50,000 a year, plus mileage agreement! Salary based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
Good communicator.
Pass drug test and subject to random testing.
Commitment to safety in all work practices.

Nice To Haves

Flooring Installation experience a plus!
Construction experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Inspect homes and projects before, during and after installations.
Check job readiness.
Oversee installers doing the work and verify that everything gets done.
Address outstanding issues.
Field measure and check work orders to ensure correct material quantities are ordered and available for all installation areas.
Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis.
Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day.
Schedule work to be done in an efficient manner.
Determine best method of installations and repairs.
Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations.
Pick up and deliver materials as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
