About The Position

The Field Representative position is responsible for coordinating with the sales team and dispatching top priority projects daily. This role involves monitoring and coordinating jobsite deliveries, dosing admixtures/additives to concrete loads, and soliciting customer feedback to build strong relationships. The Field Representative will provide feedback to production, sales, and QC staff, offer on-the-spot solutions to urgent customer problems, and assist sales staff with customer complaints and questions. Additionally, this position will monitor performance, troubleshoot production and quality deficiencies, and foster good working relationships with team members, driver teams, customers, and the KRC contracting group. Active involvement in trade and community associations, as well as production & quality teams, is expected. A key aspect of this role is ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

CDL is preferred but not required.
