About The Position

The Field Representative will coordinate with the sales team and dispatch top priority projects daily. This role involves monitoring and coordinating jobsite deliveries, dosing admixtures/additives to concrete loads, and soliciting customer feedback to build strong relationships. The representative will provide feedback to production, sales, and QC staff, offer on-the-spot solutions for urgent customer problems, and assist sales staff with customer complaints and questions. Additionally, this position will monitor performance, troubleshoot production and quality issues, and foster good working relationships with team members, drivers, customers, and the KRC contracting group. Active involvement in trade and community associations, as well as production & quality teams, is expected. A key responsibility is ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Dose admixtures/additives to concrete loads.
Solicit customer feedback and build close customer relationships.
Provide verbal and written feedback to production, sales and QC staff.
Provide customers with on-the-spot solutions to urgent problems.
Assist sales staff in resolving customer complaints and questions.
Monitor performance and trouble shoot production and quality deficiencies.
Develop a good working relationship with fellow team members, driver teams, customers and KRC contracting group.
Active involvement in trade and community associations.
Be actively involved in production & quality teams.
Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions , processes and behaviors observed.
Other duties assigned as needed.
