About The Position

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned, flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, Field Representative to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! $55,000 to $65,000 a year, based on experience. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the complete inspection of flooring installations.

Requirements

• Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent
• Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Required to pass drug test and subject to random test

Nice To Haves

• Flooring Installation experience and/or Cabinetry experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis
• Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is ready
• Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion
• Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installers
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
