About The Position

As a Field Replenishment Analyst for LiftOne, you will report into the newly developed Supply Chain team at LiftOne. You’ll partner with business leaders and other key stakeholders to understand our current state, identify key pain points, and contribute to data / process optimization to promote the future state of the department. You will help support new supply chain initiatives in efforts to drive customer satisfaction. The primary function of the Field Replenishment Analyst for field technician vans and storage location inventories (aka, Field Replenishment Analyst or “FRA”) is to optimize inventory levels and ensure the availability of parts across the LiftOne network of mobile field technicians. The FRA will conduct in-depth analyses of field inventory-related data to optimize van stock levels, reorder points, reorder scheduling, stock transfers, and stock storage locations. The role involves the gathering, structuring, and interpretating of data from various sources, including but not limited to, customer requirements, inventory life cycle data, part usage analytics, lead times, material costs, van storage capacities, and financial impact drivers. To excel as a FRA, candidates must possess a combination of enhanced analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. A fundamental understanding of field operations and an enhanced mechanical acumen, or “tech-speak”, may also prove beneficial in this position. Technology will play a role in the work. Enterprise planning (ERP) tools and analytics tools, specifically SAP S4/HANA and MSFT Power BI, will be commonly used to gather, interpret, and maintain inventory-related data. Familiarity with these tools and the ability to adapt to a digitally transformative workplace will prove vital in this role.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional replenishment analyst or materials or supply planning experience in a relatable role required and/or bachelor’s degree in SCM/Operations from an accredited university.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure effectively and professionally in a team-oriented environment with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with materials handling equipment is preferred.
  • Former experience within a technician space and/or parts management with exposure to high-volume transaction environments is a plus.
  • ERP experience strongly desired, SAP S4/Hana is a plus.
  • Experience with analytical visualization tools, Power BI is a plus.
  • A fundamental understanding of field operations and an enhanced mechanical acumen, or “tech-speak”, may also prove beneficial in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assignment to a replenishment coverage of approximately one hundred (100) field technicians and associated customer locations within the LiftOne regional network.
  • Utilize appropriate replenishment planning methodologies, historical data, and systemic tools to optimize field stock inventory levels while maintaining suitable field stock levels to accurately achieve first trip repairs and essential customer demands serviced by LiftOne field technicians.
  • Stay informed of and participate with cadenced field stock inventory audits to continuously evaluate and improve field stock baseline inventories, including that of new stock, safety stock, slow moving, and dead stock parts.
  • Analyze regional pod locker efficiencies and other technician-assigned customer solution storage options, e.g., onsite storage cabinets, pod lockers, etc.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain/Procurement to ensure timely replenishment strategies, quality controls and vendor performance metrics, and troubleshoots and escalations.
  • Track and report accuracy and performance metrics to drive process optimization and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to replenishment rates and requirements, such as market fluctuations, seasonality, lifecycle changes, environmental risks, and inventory leakage.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technology, and evolving market trends.
  • Data support for Procurement category buyers and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining KPI scorecards and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with assigned technician base and centralized LiftOne team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
