The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) serves as a trusted partner to healthcare providers and office staff, helping optimize patient access to the argenx portfolio across both the medical and pharmacy benefit channels. This customer-facing role is responsible for delivering reimbursement education, access support, and patient services expertise to healthcare providers and their staff while navigating the evolving payer landscape. The FRM proactively engages healthcare providers through live, in-person interactions and virtual engagements to support patient access, reimbursement education, and account-specific access strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial and government payer policies, benefit design, prior authorization requirements, claims adjudication, appeals processes, and site-of-care considerations. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, strong strategic thinking, and a commitment to cross-functional collaboration. The FRM partners closely with Patient Support Services, Regional Account Directors, Distribution, Market Head, Business Leader, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and help remove barriers to therapy access. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience supporting specialty therapies under both medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement models and thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment focused on customer engagement and patient outcomes.
