About The Position
This role involves actively recruiting and staffing, utilizing creative thinking and marketing skills to attract suitable candidates. The Bilingual Recruiter will apply their skills to job postings, social media, and community outreach to differentiate the company. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews to identify the right candidates, building a strong pipeline of potential hires, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The position also requires handling administrative tasks such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms to onboard new employees.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
