About The Position

Neighborly, a service brand hub with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Field Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team. This role will execute recruitment strategies for professional services and front-line workers/technicians, ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. The Field Recruiter will manage all recruitment activities, including maintaining candidate data, supporting high-volume hiring, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, assisting with offer preparation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning
Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred
Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Partner with hiring managers to assist in forecasting headcount needs
Conduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting process
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Manage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox), including dispositioning and status updates
Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date
Support high-volume entry level recruitment efforts and timely candidate movement/dispositioning
Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines
Provide positive and professional candidate experience
