About The Position

West Coast Dental is a leading dental services organization committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care across our network of offices. We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven Field Recruiter to help us attract and hire top dental and administrative talent. The Field Recruiter will play a key role in supporting staffing needs across multiple office locations. This individual will actively source, engage, and hire qualified candidates while building strong relationships with office managers and regional leadership.

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or dental preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for dental or healthcare roles
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Travel to office locations to support hiring events, interviews, and onboarding
Build and maintain a pipeline of dental professionals (Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants, Front Office staff)
Attend job fairs, school events, and industry networking opportunities
Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
