About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter to join their team. This role focuses on finding great people great jobs by utilizing creative thinking, marketing skills, and strong interviewing techniques. The Field Recruiter will build a pipeline of candidates, conduct necessary pre-employment screenings, and contribute to order fulfillment. The company values honesty, integrity, maturity, passion, and family first.
Requirements
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
Nice To Haves
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years is a plus!
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community.
- Interview candidates to find the right fit for opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
