About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter to join their team in Hagerstown, MD. This role is crucial in finding great people great jobs by utilizing creative thinking, marketing skills, and strong interviewing techniques. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, building a talent pipeline, and managing the onboarding process, including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. The position requires a significant amount of travel, approximately 50%.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VMS systems
- Leadership exposure/experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
- Manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
- Assess, delegate, and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests and internal team.
