About The Position

Eclipse Advantage is looking for a bilingual Field Recruiter to join their team to support the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The Field Recruiter will actively engage the local community to find applicants for General Labor, Warehouse, and Forklift positions at multiple client locations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the local market and a strong desire to make a difference by placing individuals in fulfilling jobs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Basic level technical skills such as use of smartphone/computer.
  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by manager.
  • Ability to spend time on client production floor.
  • Employment contingent on successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening and pre-hire assessment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 plus years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct grassroots networking efforts in the local community to source candidates.
  • Post flyers in identified areas of the local market/region.
  • Attend local community-based events and engagement activities, often on weekends (e.g., Church Services, Local Fairs, Holiday Events/Celebrations, ESL Classes).
  • Establish a list of candidate prospects with continued outreach via phone.
  • Meet or exceed placement goals established by the Regional Operations Manager and compensation plan guidelines (minimum weekly placements of 8-10 employees).
  • Enter prospective candidates into the Applicant Tracking System through an external link.
  • Identify key areas within a given market/region for community involvement and entry.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships within the identified market/region.
  • Conduct continual outreach and development of new leads and contact lists as a member of the community.
  • Provide initial contact with potential candidates.
  • Offer continued engagement and support to candidates post-employment.
  • Encourage retention of candidates during their employment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with onsite management teams.
  • Attend scheduled recruitment meetings identified by the Regional or Site Manager.
  • Be available to assist with employee new hire orientations at client sites.
  • Assist both candidates and onsite management with key identifiers specific to cultural differences/opportunities.
  • Brand the company as an employer of choice through the creation of employment ads, social media engagement, and hiring events.
  • Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities, including additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the department.
