Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration strongly preferred but not required.      Some college required.
  • Minimum 2 years of human resources or recruiting experience required.
  • Alternatively minimum 5 years of strong operational experience at a management level with demonstrated human resource experience at the field level (recruiting and employee relations experience where no HR person was on-site.)

  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
