About The Position
This is a temporary assignment for a Field Recruiter. The role involves changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interview them to find the right fit for opportunities, and build a pipeline of potential employees. Responsibilities include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new hires.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
