About The Position

Whizz aims to improve the delivery business by providing high-speed electric bikes to delivery drivers. We assist drivers in achieving their goals and simplifying their lives, whether they are new to the industry or upgrading their current vehicle. Our main objective is to ensure that transportation for delivery drivers is as smooth and effortless as possible, allowing them to concentrate on delivering excellent service to their customers. We are currently seeking a Field Recovery Agent.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.

Nice To Haves

Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience preferred.
Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
Willingness to work in various parts of San Francisco, CA, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
