Field Readiness Lead (Go-to-Market Enablement) - Remote Availity powers the operational backbone of healthcare—connecting health plans, providers, and partners to streamline how work gets done. As Field Readiness Lead, your focus is execution. You’ll equip the field to drive adoption, accelerate pipeline, and move deals forward—translating GTM strategy into clear, actionable enablement. You are tech-literate and excited by the way emerging technologies create new unlocks for yourself, your team and the industry. As Availity undergoes transformation in its go-to-market approach, this role will focus heavily on the field experience, ensuring sales and customer-facing teams understand not just what we offer, but why it matters and how to position it effectively in real-world conversations. This is not a traditional enablement role. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, healthcare knowledge, and storytelling ability to influence how we show up in the market, support performance, and drive adoption of a more strategic, platform-oriented selling motion. Requirements

  • Experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, or field readiness roles, preferably within healthcare technology or SaaS environments.
  • 10+ years experience in Healthcare/Healthcare Technology
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the ability to communicate credibly about industry dynamics and challenges.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and training materials.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Extensive experience presenting to c-level audiences and creating executive-facing materials.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect dots across workflows, teams, and processes.

  • Experience in large-scale technology or consulting environments with exposure to go-to-market strategy.
  • Background in strategic selling or platform-based sales motions.
  • Strong visual storytelling and training design capabilities.
  • Experience supporting both sales and customer success organizations.
  • A demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a bridge between product, marketing, and the field, translating strategy into actionable messaging and enablement.
  • Building and refining training, enablement materials, and communication frameworks to support frontline teams.
  • Spending significant time engaging with the field to understand real challenges, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying and close gaps in how the organization equips teams to sell and support customers.
  • Leading or supporting training sessions and enablement programs that drive adoption of new go-to-market approaches.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment across teams and consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Contributing to evolving how the organization defines and executes go-to-market strategy over time.
