As Availity undergoes transformation in its go-to-market approach, this role will focus heavily on the field experience, ensuring sales and customer-facing teams understand not just what we offer, but why it matters and how to position it effectively in real-world conversations. This is not a traditional enablement role. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, healthcare knowledge, and storytelling ability to influence how we show up in the market, support performance, and drive adoption of a more strategic, platform-oriented selling motion.
