About The Position

Doota IT, founded in South Korea in 2002 and operating in over 50 customer sites worldwide, has launched an office in Round Rock, Texas, in 2019, offering the agility of a start-up with the stability of an enterprise. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field QA/QC Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required quality standards and specifications are met per the client's standards. The Field QA/QC Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure that all quality control procedures are followed and that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in the electrical/telecommunications industry.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)

Nice To Haves

Six sigma certified, preferred.
NESC, OSHA, ANSI certifications, preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformances
Work with the project team, site supervisor, master electrician, and other stakeholders to develop corrective action plans
Provide training and support to project team members on quality control procedures
Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on quality control matters
