This role involves developing and managing translation projects and internships within an assigned region, working with established and existing partners. The Field Project Manager will serve as a collaborative member of the Regional Team, managing existing partner relationships and overseeing a portfolio of projects and internships to ensure they are on time and on budget. Responsibilities include developing new projects, transitioning existing ones, identifying and resolving project obstacles, and maintaining regular communication with field partners. The role also requires staying informed about translation needs (Progress.Bible) within the regions served, building relationships with Financial Analysts, and fostering collaboration across various organizational levels. The Field Project Manager will represent the company culture to partners and the broader Bible translation community. Additional duties include participating in meetings and task forces, and performing other assigned tasks. The job operates in a professional or home office environment, with potential for rugged conditions during travel, which can include up to 8 weeks of domestic and international travel focused on visiting existing partners.
