Field Project Manager

Amplify People•Austin, TX
•$85,000 - $105,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Field Project Manager exists to solve a critical bottleneck: right now, ownership is personally managing every active project in the Austin market, which pulls focus away from sales and growth. This role takes that entirely off their plate. You'll manage multiple residential integration projects at once, from pre-wire through final client handoff, leading and mentoring technicians and installers while staying accountable for quality, budget, and timeline on every job. You'll be the primary point of contact in the field for homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and trade partners, and you'll be expected to spot potential issues early and solve them before they become the client's problem. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role: the right person still has their tools in the car and is ready to jump in when an extra set of hands is needed, not someone looking to sit behind a desk full time. You'll participate in a weekly leadership stand-up alongside ownership and the rest of the operations team to align priorities, report status, and flag what you need, then go execute with a clear directive for the week.
