About The Position

Seeking a Field Project Manager to provide Owner Representation during the tenant fit-out of multiple buildings on a data center campus in Turkey, TX. This role focuses on field management, safety oversight, schedule tracking, and coordination between the Owner, General Contractor (GC), and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical facility construction, particularly in fast-paced tenant fit-out environments, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or applicable trade/superintendent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects.
• Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, and/or Critical Facility Construction is necessary.
• Proficient use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
• Strong written and oral communication skills to exchange information with senior management, service providers, workers, and contractors
