You will run 1–2 crews per day — intentionally structured so you can:

Be present on your jobs
Deliver a 5-star result every time
You are the difference between an average job and a 5-star experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in residential roofing production
• Experience leading or managing crews
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs without losing control
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of daily production (1–2 crews)
• Pre-install planning + job readiness
• On-site leadership and issue resolution
• Final inspections and quality control
• Homeowner communication during install
• Crew accountability and performance standards
• Preventing problems before they happen
