Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Field Preventative Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is field-based within a territory in South Fort Worth. Requirements

• 6 months of mechanical experience required or graduation/enrollment in an accredited technical institute
• Intermediate experience in diesel oil changes and lube, with preventive maintenance experience checking fluid levels, changing oil, and lubricating rental equipment.
• Ability to navigate electronic parts and service manuals.
• A DOT medical card is required (company can assist in obtaining).
• Ability to navigate your surroundings and use navigation tools.
• Have a desire to learn and grow.
• Have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High quality control.
• Respect your work.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance services such as checking fluid levels, changing oil, and lubricating a wide range of construction rental equipment.
• Assist technicians in performing routine maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
• Gain familiarity with electronic parts and service manuals and the Material Management System.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure the flow of equipment is on-going.
