F3 Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Field Implementation Technician to install, support, and maintain restaurant POS systems in the field. Requirements
- Must Speak fluent Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
- POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Must be 21+
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain POS systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide onsite and remote support
- Train customers and document service work
