Requirements

Active Florida PTA License
Degree from an accredited PTA program
Current CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Strong clinical and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred
Medicare experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement and home exercise programs
Monitor and report patient progress
Document visits timely and accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
